Stan and Ollie work as testers in a horn factory. When Ollie develops 'hornophobia' he is prescribed goat's milk and an ocean voyage. As a compromise, they acquire a goat and rent a moored vessel; an escaped murderer takes refuge in the boat, and is cast adrift with Stan and Ollie! |
